Tri-State Towing & Recovery

The issue I have with tri state towing is, I can't pick up my vehicle because I'm on the road Monday through FridayThe company want accommodate me To at least be accommodated because of my work scheduleThere is no way possible I can pick up the vehicle because of my work schedule! Tri state towing is not open on weekends only week daysOff course I'm still being charged $a day for storage fees, I want my vehicle but I'm only at home Saturday and SundayCouldn't even say just come Saturday sir we'll help get your vehicle but no cooperation at all just "I'm sorry sir there's nothing I can do"Tri doesn't care if you get your vehicle at all, the only concern is money and being overchargedOn February 24,I paid $2,to [redacted] and called tri state towing to make an appointment to pick up my vehicle, as for an appointment on Monday total charges was $but if I can't get in through the week days I can't pick up my vehicle and charges will continue

The company is unfair, over priced, rude, mean and unprofessional

this company towed my car and they fell to release the car after payment was made to the lender and cont to charge me after I tried to secure an appt
per the person that answered the phone they are the manager at the company and that there was nothing they could doshe understood they were closed but I was basically out of luck
