returned the original vehicle for a different one Little to my knowledge, when applying for the car loans through Tri State Used Auto Sales LLC, Mr***, suppled documentation to obtain these vehicles for both auto loans
The inital down payment that Mr*** supplied to obtain orignal vehicle was retained due to additional equipment installments required by the finanance companyAnd by the Mr*** to be installed on the vehiclesAnd the depreciation from the customers daily usage while in possession of the vehicle

We did provide a W-2 to verify last years salary and as a proof of residence.  This year we have changed our payroll to paystub. Mr.[redacted] told me that he would reimburse to me my down payment within two weeks because he did not get the funds.  He later informed me he changed his mind.  [redacted] never sent me a payment book they just notified me that my first payment would come out of my bank account.  I was told by their agent if I had not called them they would've removed the $486.00 from my account.  This is proof that they verified my bank account and employment.  I also provided my insurance information to Mr. [redacted] as well.  He personally called my insurance company and it was added to my policy.  He told me that they never approved the funding but in fact they did approve it.  I have a letter from [redacted] with this information.  It was not cancelled until they called Mr. [redacted] on the phone a after he had already sold the car.

I reject the answer given by Tri State auto. If I gave false information, the loan company([redacted]) would've never approved me. Proof that it was accepted is the fact that they sent me notice to have $486.00 for my first payment. Mr [redacted] had to call them to and actually say that he was no longer interested in the deal. I have documentation from [redacted] to prove both points as well as the email of the payment. He told me that the financing did not clear so I returned the car.
