I needed some fire wood & received a delivery from this company on 11/13/ The delivery was on time & the crew was polite & professional More importantly, I received two full cords of high quality oak fire wood at a fair price

This is a great team! Arrived at the time they said they would and went straight to work. I had a huge tree near our house they were very cautious throughout the process. You guys are awesome!! Also, Thanks for for leaving our yard nice and clean. :) I will definitely use Big Chipper again and refer them to everyone I know. Great job guys!

I had some tree work done taking down 5 limbs. Very impressed with the expertise in removing limbs without any damage to surrounding area. Pays to get someone with plenty of experience. Job well done!
Excellent work, very courteous and hard-working crew, reasonable price. We had many trees to be trimmed and a couple to be taken down, and they periodically checked in with me to be sure they were doing the trimming to our liking. The team worked well together and did great cleanup of the many branches and debris.
My neighbor called them out to give a quote for triming some trees. While they were quoting I had them quote to take down two trees. this was on Thursday he said they would be out monday. Monday came and [redacted] showed up they have two trees down took all the brush left the wood which is what I asked for. THey got my neighbors triees trimmed and cleared out all within 4 hours. The crew was polite and curtious and went beyong what I would have expected to clean the area. I had roped off my septic tank and they were very aware of where it was and took great care not to go neer it or drop any limbs or logs near it. I cant tell you how please I was with this company especially the [redacted] doing the work.
I had them come out to take down a tree and a few branches in the backyard which they were able to do no problem and I was pleased with the work as it applied to the trimming. That was until they carelessly drove their bucket truck over the back of my new driveway pad recklessly, causing 2 large portions of concrete to break away. The most disappointing aspect of this company and why I would stay away from them comes down to their owner. It took me 1 1/2 months to get an answer from the owner despite numerous emails and calls to settle this issue, which I knew they wouldn't want to pay for because it would cost them more to fix the driveway then what I owed for the service.
Finally, I was able to get an answer because it came down to needing a final notice letter via a lawyer that this would go to court if unanswered. I was amazed at how unprofessional they handled this situation. Please save yourself the trouble and find another service.
I thought these guys did s fantastic job. Watched them take down a neighbors tree as well. Fast, efficient and well oiled group. Did the job they promised with GREAT clean up. Awesome price and everyone was very nice. I would highly recommend them. Took down two large pines and yews in the front.
