On Tri Supply scheduled a service call with [redacted] at [redacted] to service the dishwasher After the evaluation by the service company, they stated that the dishwasher is working as designedThe remote control for the fan has a scheduled receipt date of This item will be delivered to MR [redacted] as soon as it is received
The service company, Case's Cool Air who serviced the dishwasher, states that the dishwasher is operating as designed. They also state that the water being delivered from the water heater to the dishwasher, is not hot enough to dissolve the detergent. They also state if Tri Supply replaces the unit, it will produce the same results.Tri Supply will offer to take the dishwasher back and issue a full refund

I would like to receive a check for the full value of the dishwasher before they come and take this one back. That way we will be able to get a replacement dishwasher before they pick this one up. I would like for Tri Supply to send the refund within the next 3 business days so we can purchase a new one this week. If Tri Supply can guarantee we will receive a full refund by the end of the week we can then schedule a time for them to come pick this one up. If all is met I will except their offer.

I am rejecting this response because: it does not fix the problem with the dishwasher. The repair man they sent out can verify that the dishwasher is not cleaning properly and he did in fact see the soap and soap sm that was left after each wash. I have tried every possible wash cycle and not only does it still not dry it leaves soap on dishes and soap sm on the door. This is NOT energy efficient because I have to run it over and over again to see if a different cycle will actually clean the dishes. If none of the cycles have done the job correctly then how can you tell me that this dishwasher is working properly??? These pictures are not just after 1 cycle. They are from several different occasions. As I informed Kelly we had our plumbers come back out to check it as well. They stated that when the dishwasher wants to run the hot water cycle it doesn't seem to be heating up quick enough for the dishwasher. And if I wanted to stand at my sink and try to run the hot water each time the dishwasher was about to run its heating cycle it may help. Really...If this is how the dishwasher was designed to clean then I don't want it and I want a replacement at the same value. The pictures clearly show it is not cleaning properly.
