Tri-Tech Led Systems

Review: My name is [redacted] with [redacted]. My company sells electrical products to contractors and other end users. I had bought over $[redacted] worth or led lamps from a vendor named Tri-tech in June 2013 for a job with one of my customers. The lamps and drivers that operate them have a 5 year warranty. My customer has had some go out since then and I have replaced them with parts out of my stock. I have been trying to get Tri-tech to honor their warranty, but they will not. I have contacted [redacted] at Tri-tech and he sent me a few drivers, but I told him that I needed 22 more drivers to take care of the defective ones that I have. Since then he will not answer my phone call or my email. I have called over 10 times and left messages and sent a few emails. I do not know what else to do other than get my lawyer involved, but I would rather not do that.
