We have tried numerous times to make this customer happy. We were there only to replace old plumbing through out the house. We are not responsible for the hookup of any plumbing fixtures what so ever. We have no idea what they are talking about as far as the foam and staining the sink. That is news...

to us. As far as someone being rude, that is only in response to the rude homeowner. We do our best to satisfy our customers. We did have a journeyman plumber out there. Why they are requesting a master plumber is beyond us. We can send one out to the home but any work that is performed that has nothing to do with the original new plumbing will be billed to the homeowner.  We will make an appointment with the homeowner at our earliest opening to come take a look AGAIN.
