I am rejecting this response because: He lied in several instances noI never said the laptop was dropped because it wasn't dropped ever my dog barking in my car has nothing to do with his manner, service, and inability to find problem and fix itI often leave dog in car for brief errands w/ windows down for air...so what????? he said it was interior of computer...wrong...when I took it to another repair person, the problem was the AC adapter and you notice this guy says "it wasn't the AC adapter" when in fact it was This proves he knows nothing about computers Also, I did think it was the battery but asked him to look at computer to make sure that that was the problem because I know nothing of computers And I took computer to him and he had it over night and even in that time he was wrong in his diagnosis In all the calls he left me on my voice mail, he never said to bring it back to look at it ....and I purposely did not ans phone because I wanted documentation on my voice mail to see what he would say and I repeat, he never said he would fix it.....until about the 4th time I called and was very angry at his lack of any interest in fixing it He did say at one point he would return my money and HE NEVER DID SO BOTTOM LINE IS HE NEVER FIXED IT, NEVER OFFERED TO FIX IT AND NEVER RETURNED MY MONEY I HAVE TOLD ALL MY FRIENDS ABOUT HIS HORRIBLE SERVICE I INSIST ON MY MONEY BACK...IT WAS THE AC ADAPTER AND THAT COST ME $ SO I PAID HIM $FOR NOTHING AS IT WAS NOT FIXED I WANT MY MONEY BACK

She call us to order a batteryShe was told that she needed a battery from someone elseI special ordered her battery up front with no money downNot a common process for other companiesThat was on a weekendI told her it would be to days to recieve itNothing was discussed about her
issues, Just order a batteryShe called the following Wednesday inquiring if I had her battery and that she really needed her computer working again on my answering machineI called her and said your computer does not need the battery to work, Just plug it in to the wallThat is when she told me it doesn't work even when plugged into the wallI told her that she has other problems than the battery and to bring me her computer to look atShe came in the next day when the battery came inI run a home based business, She showed up with her dog, windows down and dog barkingMy dog was out loose and I walked out to greet her and took her computer, told her I would look at her computer and call her later that niteI called and told her that her AC adapter was fine and that the problem was inside the laptopShe told me that it had fallen onto the floor on the side where you plug it inI took it apart and resoldered the AC harness to make it fit tighterPut it back together, It powered on, Charged the old battery to 100%I unplugged it and it ran for a few hours on the battery.Plugged it back inand it charged back to 100%I called her the next day and she came back with the dog againI brought the laptop to her car running with 100% charged batteryShe paid me and left happyThe next morning she called and said it was not fixedShe said it came up with a message to plug it in you battery is lowI told her to plug it in, She said she did but the charge light indicator was not what she was use to seeingI said to let it sit and call me backshe called back mad, I instructed her to hold the mouse curser over the battery icon and tell me what it saidShe said 74% chargingI said that it seems to working as it shouldI told her I was going out of town for the holiday weekend and to call me TuesdayShe called and left messageI called her back and got anwsering machineI told her she could call back up untill 9:pmI work full time for another company hours a weekI told her that I don't get home until 6:pm and to call me so I can answer her questionsSo for the next few days I recieved nasty messages every day on my anwsering machineI returned her calls twice each evening when I returned homeI got her anwsering machine every evening we never spoke againI was nice and polite each night telling her that my work was covered under warranty and the she could bring it back to me to fixShe said she lost all confidence in me and that I'm a con manI don't know of any business that just sends your money back without first seeing or having the opportunity to make it right firstI told her I would happily refund her money if what I repaired failedI have sent her a receipt for the work I did and the battery
