Review: I bought a 2006 Chrysler 300 from Tri-Way Kar on February 20, 2015. on July 7, 2015, I took the car to Chrysler Dealership for an Oil change, they informed me that they did not want to work on the car because the whole front and back of the car was rusted underneath. The Oil pan Drain Plug Stripped and looks patched up, high amount of Rust Build up in the Suspension (as though it had been involved in a flood). Suspension rotting out Multiple parts. I went to Tri-Way Kars to talk about my situation and there was a note on the Door Stating that the Business was close due to illness. All of the cars had been removed from the lot except for about five cars. I financed this car and I have 3 more years to pay on it but I do not want to pay another dime.Desired Settlement: The Business has the responsibility to let me know that the car had been reported as having been in a flood, I put down $3,000 on the car and I cant enjoy driving this vehicle.

Review: I purchased this vehicle from tri way kars and was sold a lemon. I have had to rebuild basically the entire truck the vehicle was submerged in water for about 2 months and everything under was corroded . I believe this vehicle was a vehicle that was under water during hurricane sandy and the dealership knew that.Desired Settlement: I think that they need to admit that they sold us a lemon that they knew sat under water, I believe that they should refund some of our money and fix what need to be done.

Review: vehicle purchased 0n 4/25/15 was told I would receive a call when my title and plates were transferred to me. I have been back 4 times now and keep getting the run around about where my title and plates are . yesterday 6/1 I was told they don't have my plates and can not find any paperwork on my vehicle . I have a bill of sale and a temporary registration from them showing the sale and me as the vehicle owner . the registration expires 6/23 and I have no way to register the vehicleDesired Settlement: a state issued title and vehicle license plates issued to me for the vehicle I paid $6,700.00 for.
