Tri's A/C Heating Repair/Insulation

This is the worst contractors that I have ever experiencedI have been dealing with this company since April 27, 2015, still no air as of today 6/The people they send out to fix your unit don't know what they are doing (not licensed) I got a bigger mess with my unit than I started out withI'am a member of AHS (American Home Shield) that is how I ended up with this companyI have already requested to them to never send these people to my home againI would never recommend them to anyoneThis company is a disaster waiting to happen Help Shreveport, LA

I am required to use this company because of my home warrantyI have had several issues in the past but most recently I had another issue with the AC and was told it wouldn't be fixed for two daysThe receptionist Taylor was extremely rude to me on the phone and refused to ask MrTri to return my call

I spoke with someone on a Friday about my AC being brokenThey said someone could come to fix it on Monday between the hours of 2-They said I would receive a call minutes before they arriveI made sure to be home between those hours in a house with no ac and a month old babyThey didn't show up until 8:pm, with no call Then, the supervisor, Kim, yelled at me on the phone saying her employees work hour days while I was home doing nothing all dayI told them I would not be giving them my money and asked the man to leave
