We had an appointment scheduled for today and Carmen called to notify us that he was headed out and was on time! He installed our new sink and we are so pleased. His pricing was very affordable.

Tria replaced a gas line at our home. When the gas was turned back on, our water heater did not work. Tria claimed it wasn't their fault, demanded payment, and left us without hot water that was working when he arrived. I agreed to pay him to fix it, but he wouldn't do it until some later date. The concept of providing good service is foreign to Tria.
