In my professional option the photos are of standard qualityWe have not violated ANY part of the wedding contract that was signedDissatisfaction with a small handful of photos from does not warrant a full refundWe went above and beyond with the contract by providing photographers and a FREE complimentary video of the ceremonyWeddings are a fast paced assignment so a few missed shots or less than standard quality on a few is the be expectedA full refund would only be given if all photos were a loss and not useable, that is not the case here, 98% of the photos are of standard qualityI do apologize for the frustration with the photographers but they provided photos that are of standard quality and captured the entire wedding day and fulfilled our contractI would like this case to be closed based on the copy of the contract that we provided that we did not breach or violate and the link to the photos that we provided that shows the photos are of standard quality
