Triad Autoplex

The people at Triad autoplex were very nice took our down payment and quickly set us up with financing. Big problem was that the finance company, Royalty finance is NOT regulated, the interest rates are worse than any credit card company! Do not trust the smiling faces to have your best interest at heart.

Review: I purchased a 2001 Ford Escape from Triad Autoplex,at 1790 Silas Creek Pkwy Winston Salem NC,on 11/30/13.After talking the vehicle home, and driving to work Monday morning, I realize that had serious miss, and that it had a oil weak, I call the Triad Autoplex, and talk with [redacted], and told him what the problem that I was having, was told to bring the vehicle back to lot and they would fix the problem, because the vehicle was sold with a one year warranty.I took the vehicle back to the car lot, they had it for 3 days, and returned it to me on a Saturday.. once again drove the vehicle home and found that it still had the same miss and oil weak.I called Triad Autoplex once again talking with [redacted], and the flowing day, went to the lot my brother [redacted], told [redacted] what was still wrong with the vehicle, and he agree that it still had the miss and oil weak,to bring it back Monday and would take it to be worked on. Again the they had the vehicle for a week and again it still has the same miss and oil weak, Again called to talked to [redacted], was told there he was not doing anything, and it was on me... Being the vehicle has a year warranty and he agree that was fixed whatever was wrong with it, He did not fix anything that was wrong, they did give me car to drive while they had the vehicle I purchased, had to walk back, forth to work.... No I am stuck paying for a vehicle that break down at anytime.Desired Settlement: I would like my money that put down and the vehicle, alond with the tax, title and licence

Review: I purchased a car from the dealer and was verbally told that I would get a 45 day warranty to cover the car that I purchased 30 days later the transmission goes out and they refuse to offer any services to repair the vehicle...now I have no car and a 9000.00 dollar auto loanDesired Settlement: To replace the transmission. ..If I would have had the car over 3 months I could see that being my own problem to fix....being that it was 30 days I feel like it was sold to me defected
