Not even one star. Terrible service, very little experience in appliance repair. I'm still waiting on my estimate and return call
We received the call from the customer on 8/20/2018; the call was scheduled for Friday, 8/24. Sadly, the parts needed to repair the washer are no longer available. The customer was advised of this later in the day on 08/24/2018.
They were selected by my washing machine warranty company to do repairs. Their dispatcher assured me that they need not come out that they could order the parts to perform the repair although they never inspected it to see what was wrong with it. I was assured that if they had to come out to diagnose it that would take even longer to get it fixed. Reluctantly I did what they asked. After waiting 19 days for the parts and an additional 5 days for them to actually come out (yes 24 total) Surprise! they ordered the wrong part! Now I'll have to wait until the tech who is in the field the rest of the day (Friday) to order the correct part Monday when he goes into work!
Unfortunately, the rules of the extended warranty company are that we have to order parts from them. It takes longer some days. And, parts are ordered on the recommendation of the manufacturer based on the customer's description of the failure. Usually, it cuts the time of the repair in half.
