I am responding on behalf of Hallmark Retail, LLC to the complaint of *** *** regarding her visit on September to the Hallmark Creations store in Louisville, KY. Ms*** alleges that her year old son dropped $in the store and that one of the store employees found the money and
kept it. We have reviewed the store video for the relevant time period and see nothing that indicates that any money was either lost or found. Our policy is to share store video only with law enforcement; and we have offered to do this in connection with the police report filed by Ms***. Our store manager and his manager have both tried to explain all of this to Ms*** to the best of their ability and with the utmost courtesy and professionalism
We are sorry that Ms***’ son’s money is missing, but we don’t believe it was lost in our store or that there is anything else we can do to help resolve her complaint. Please let me know if you have any questions
