Review: Hi,

I paid off my car in 2007. My loan was with Triad Financial Corp. then it changed to [redacted].com. [redacted] changed to S[redacted].

I never received a "clear title" or Lien Release. My title has Triad Financial on it. I need a clear title ASAP please.

I called [redacted] and wrote to them. They in turn sent me to [redacted]. I called them and they sent me back to [redacted]. But they are one in the same company. [redacted] said if I paid off my car prior to 2009/2010, which I did, then [redacted] would have my information. But [redacted] sent me back to [redacted]. I'm just getting the round around with the same company.

Review: In July of 2014, I received my title from Triad, but they never released my van, so I cannot sell or trade it. I have called numerous times but received no answer. I have even mailed a form to them for release, certified mail but nothing. Vin #[redacted]
