Very poor service. I paid for them to fill out a Medicaid application for my second office, and they not only did it all WRONG, they totally dropped the ball. There were several missing pages so after trying to reach them via phone unsuccessfully, I finally found the email address and sent them a message. Then another... after about the third message (3 phone calls, 3 emails) they sent me back an email with the application and told me to fill out the missing pages... excuse me, but I paid them to do that! The application is confusing and I didn't want to make mistakes, that is why I hired a "professional" in the first place. I dont think that I will get any refund for the BAD SERVICE but I just wanted other people to know that buyer beware.
By the way, had Medicaid not called me, I would have never found out the HUGE mistake they made on my application. BTW, the mistake was that they filled out the application as a location move, not an additional location... had the application went through Medi-Cal would have CANCELLED my primary location!!!! That would have brought all Medi-Cal billing to a complete stop until I filed a NEW application (which takes about 7-12 months) TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE.

Our Physicians are very pleased with the services they offer. We have been using them for over a year for all of our 30+ Doc's and multiple office practice.

They are always there when I need them and recently had one of my new dos'c fully enrolled in most of our plans prior to his start date. Worth the money...
