I am rejecting this response because: The salesman Jeff told me there was nothing wrong with this vehicleI’ve now had to have the transmission rebuilt at a cost of $1,This is a verbal contract from this salesmanThe brakes definitely affect the vehicle and made it dangerousMy mechanic should not have had to remove the tires to check brakes on a car with “absolutely no issues” per JeffThis car was sold with known issuesI’ll definitely be having this escalated

Triad In Motion totally understands Miss ***'s concerns and we were really surprised to read Miss ***'s complaintBefore Miss *** purchased the Hyundai Santa Fe she asked if she could take the vehicle to her mechanicTriad In Motion always allows and encourages a customer to take the
vehicle to be checked outAs we sell every vehicle "As Is" and have two "As Is' forms signed at deliveryWhich where signed by Miss *** as wellMiss *** did take the vehicle to her mechanic (she said her dad owns the shop)When Miss *** returned she said the vehicle was good per her dad, but she wanted to think about and talk to her parents.Miss *** returned a few days later and asked to take the vehicle again to her dad to look over again, we said no problem and allowed her to take the vehicle againOnce back she said all was good and she wanted to purchase the vehicleWhich she and her mom came together and purchased the vehicleSo as you can see we gave Miss *** every opportunity to have the vehicle checked out. Also please understand that breaks and tires have nothing to do with reliability and are maintenance itemsThe vehicle had passed a NC Inspection before the vehicle was offered for sale. When Miss ***s plate came in from DMV she came and picked them up and never mentioned a thing about any issuesI have attached copies of both as is forms as well. Sincerely Triad In Motion336-875-

The salesman Jeff told me there was nothing wrong with this vehicle. I’ve now had to have the transmission rebuilt at a cost of $1,975. This is a verbal contract from this salesman. The brakes definitely affect the vehicle and made it dangerous. My mechanic should not have had to remove the tires to check brakes on a car with “absolutely no issues” per Jeff. This car was sold with known issues. I’ll definitely be having this escalated.
