We have tried to address any issues that Ms. [redacted] may have, and have asked several times for the inspection report stating the roof was installed improperly.  She sent me an email yesterday stating that the inspector from the city is going to look at the roof this Thursday, and that she will...

try to get the inspectors report from the mortgage company this Thursday also.  If the roof is in such terrible condition, and she stated that the roof "DID NOT PASS TWO (2) INSPECTIONS",  why can't we get the documentation to settle the issues?  Also, she stated in an email to me a week ago that the city had inspected the roof and it failed.  Why would they inspect again, with no repairs made? Or was it ever inspected?  She also said the mortgage company sent an inspector, and he did not pass the roof.  In my experience the inspector always writes his report, and gives it to the involved parties.  We did everything per our agreement, and she received additional funds for repairs that Triad did not complete.  I believe this is what the inspector failed, but without the report we have asked for, I can not verify anything. I am still waiting for the proper paperwork, and will gladly make any necessary repairs. Ms.[redacted]'s initial email mentioned nothing except the bank was giving her a hard time, and "all repairs were not made". We have never received any complaint about the skylight leaking. We are willing to repair the roof as needed.
