Initial Business Response / [redacted] (1000, 6, 2016/04/08) */ Mr [redacted] brought in his Dodge Dakota on 02/24/for us to repair his transmission his truck wouldn't stay running we did a diagnostic test Mr [redacted] was called and told that transmission needed rebuilt, rear main seal, power steering pump, rack and pinion transmission mount, front u joint, and that there was oil all over the motorso we rebuilt his transmission put a new rear main seal on it new valve cover, new u joint, new mount, power steering pump, rack and pinionworked great but motor wasn't running correctly so we got him a warrantied distributor cap and replaced that we also put new spark plug cap and button still wouldn't run correctly replaced his timing chain still wouldn't run correctly did a compression test showed cylinders bad we did not charge him for any of these parts as it did not fix the problem so was told to come get his truckhe took to other shops had it looked at he called us back told us he wasn't paying because it caught fire after he drove it for around weeks

Mr *** gave us a call on nov2nd about fixing his transmission in a Ford Expedition which he was quoted $plus tax ans tow of $ At this time Mr *** gave us the address of his house and we went and towed it When we picked it up Mr*** gave us a check for $for
the deposit on the rebuild in the Expedition I then asked Mr *** when he would be ready for it and he said as soon as we was done with it We told mr *** we would have it ready on novfor him to pick up which was a Tuesday He said he would be their that morning on Nov 7th to get it At that time we towed it to our shop and started working on removing the transmission On Friday Nov 3rd we called Mr *** to let him know we had pulled his transmission and that the transmission mount was broken into and rear main seal was leaking oil between the transmission and motor I told Mr *** that the mount would cost $and rear main seal would cost $and Mr *** told us to go ahead and replace those thing while we was their So at that time we told Mr *** we would see him on Tuesday Nov 7th to pick his truck up and he said he would see us them On Monday Nov 6th I called Mr *** around Five o clock after I had test drove his truck to let him know the transmission was working great but he also need to replace his battery and he said he would do that at a later time and would be their in morning to pick it up The next day on Nov 7th we never heard from Mr *** so around two or so the office lady started to try and call Mr *** with no answer and left messages for him to call us Later that night Mr *** called and said that he wonted to know if we would tow it back to him in the morning after he took hid kid to school and we said yes that was fine just call us when he was back home from taking his kid He said that was great The following day Nov 9th we Never received a call from Mr *** so we called him around 11:am to see when we can head his way but no answer For the next couple of days we keep trying to contact Mr *** with no response back Om Monday Nov 13th I called and left a message that by law any car left unattended would have to have a lt-form filed with DMV cause no response A few minutes Mr *** called me back being very hateful and cursing at me and calling me names cause of the message I left I told Mr *** that all of this would had been avoided if he would had done what he said and picked it up or stayed in contact with us and he stated he was out of town all weekend and couldn't pick it up I told him he stilled had a phone that he could had called us and let us know what was going on Mr *** keep cursing at me me and I told him it was $dollars a day storage until it was picked up and to have a good day A few minuets later he called back wanting to know his total with storage which I gave him and he said he would see use in morning On Nov 14th Mr *** Text me wanting to know if he could pick it up in the morning of Nov 15th and that he assumed that their would be another day of storage at $and wonted to now his total I then told him that was fine and if he picked it up I wouldn't charge another day of storage and he agreed Later that day Mr *** texted me and asked me if I would tow it back to his house if he paid for the tow I told him that was fine as long as he came and paid for it first and we would bring it back out in a day or two Mr *** said ok and called me to apologize for being rude and hatefuland cursing at me that he had been real busy with his job and his house that he was building At that time I accepted his applagize and told him we could had worked it out a different way and that I wouldn't of charged him any storage if he would had not acted the way he did and he understand and it was hard for him to come and pay us but would make it happen Next day on Nov 15th never heard or seen Mr *** at all Later that night I text him to see what had happen to him Mr *** text back that he swear he would be their in morning to get it that it had been rough on him I said fine see you tomorrow On Nov 16th Mr *** showed up and payed and picked it up I still only cheaged five days of storage to help him out any way Mr *** drove away with no plate on it and have not talked to him since
