I would be willing to replace the tree in a sapling form in the spring of 2017in order to resolve this matter this does not admit any guilt in this situation but I'm willing to make this compromise for the sake of closing this matter

Initial Business Response / [redacted] (1000, 10, 2014/05/20) */ We came back to the property and cut the stumps lower and removed the pieces we cut off Furthermore we blew off the driveway and street of all leaves and saw dust Me [redacted] and I both tried to get our schedules to align but we're unable to do soThis is a rental property in GreensboroHe lives out of town and we simply couldn't get our schedules to match upAll the work is completed and we even cut other stumps down lower to the ground that were not trees that we cut

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and I accept the offer to replace the tree in sapling form this Spring (2017)Once that has been done I will consider the matter resolved

I would like to respond to your unwarranted attack and demands!
To begin with we did not take the tree down at nightThis tree was very close to the home owner house and had a considerable amount of decay and rot so wee did not deem it safe to put a tree climber in the treeThe safer approach
was to use our crane that has a reach of 125'We slowly cut the tree down and lowered each limb until the whole thing was down on the groundAs we removed each limb we had a wood chipper onsite to eliminate the debris
Your tree that you claim we destroyed and deliberately cut and tried to hide the evidence is still standing in your front yard
I think it's ludicrous that you want $in compensation and demand a apology letter for something that I had no idea that transpired until you called me
I specifically remember telling you that I was sorry if one of your branches got damaged in the process of taking down the massive dead oak tree that was a threat to his home and our clients home and think goodness we were able to remove it safely with no damage to either house
I requested photos of the damaged tree and again apologized for situation but remember telling him that if that's all that happened was a small branch was damaged then I will consider it a good day due to how dangerous of a tree it was for both residentsAs a friendly gesture and to acknowledge the issue I apologized again for the damages and requested a few photos to see what the damages looked liked
Keep in mind the customer was very happy with our work and complimented our service and clean up efforts
To read your complaint and seeking 400$ for a broken branch about the diameter of your thumb is unrealistic that hardly warrants a written apology and 400$
I would think you being a "dr" that you would have the ability to reason and not think it was deliberately done to begin with as you continue to profess
To read your complaint we went onto your property
Cut your tree down
Ran it through the wood chipper
Then gave it back to you when we delivered the wood chips to your front yard
I assure you that we did not do this intentionally nor did I do anything but be professional to you and respectful during our phone conversationUpon receiving your photos and your rant over a small broken branch is ridiculous in my opinion
And I'm not even sure that we damaged your tree to begin with in the first placeHow do you know that a branch didn't fall off of another tree and hit your beloved rising red bud? You were not even home when we took the tree down or watching the tree come down using the craneMaybe we did hit it maybe we didn'tI don't knowAll I know is if we did hit it I'm sorry as I have stated from day one
In closing please consider thisBefore either one of us knew anything about your tree damage I was kind enough to offer you a small dumptruck load of the woodchips from the neighbors treeWe sell these chips for $a dumptruck loadPeople use them in their flower beds, gardening, horse stables etc
even though I'm not in agreement with your complaint I do take it seriously and would like to offer you a "piece offering"
Willing to trim your hedges or assist with some sort of landscaping assistanceWe take pride in our work and my name is gold in my industry thus the "A" rating
Triad tree and lawn care is committed to being a company with integrity-and bring great service to our clients and community
Respectfully-

My tree was CUT off at the top TRUNK LEVEL. I did send you pictures as you requested. it is more about the diameter of my wrist not a thumb and it was at the top of the tree. I also I believve uploaded pictures to this complaint but can freely submit them again for your review and you are welcome to inspect the tree itself
If you had bothered to examine the tree yourself after m complaint you would see that it is much greater than a thumb. more like the diameter of my WRIST . There were SEVERAL branches above the level that was cut and THESEE MANY branches did have some thumb width. Those were the ones that WERE found by me in the pile of mulch that you deposited.
As far as the mulch was concerned from your tree, my wife who accepted this was led to understand that we were ALSO DOING YOU a favor, otherwise we would NOT have accepted this chopped up tree as it did not match the mulch that we had purchased from a separate company. The damage to my tree was obvious when walked into the yard to start working on the mulch. Of course I did not witness this event with the tree and I expect it WAs and accident. However the fact that bits of MOST of the remaining branches were to be found in the mulch you deposited leads me to believe that you or your workers DID notice the branches that were cut off and either tried to grind them up or put them in the pile to cover up your mistake. it is hard for me to imagine that a vandal would have done this and put it in the pile you deposited. I should NOT have mentioned my profession, but I can tell you that responsiveness to someones complaints and you were not responsive. Yes you took my official phone call but you never responded after I sent pictures and sent you text messages. I had heard NOTHING back from your for a month and ONLY NOW with the Revdex.com complaint am I hearing anything. the $400 was my estimate of the cost to replace the tree and grow it to its current size without the top of it being cut off. I am happy to go to the seller of the tree and get a fresh price of a new tree and their estimate of what it would cost to replace a tree after 3 years of growth and see how off that is from my estimate. (of if they have a tree of similar dimensions for sale what that cost is. I would accept that monetary amount as determined by the seller of original tree ([redacted]) as well as letter of apology as sufficient to close the complaint. Other than resolving this as I have stated, I have absolutely no interest in doing business with you or having you come any where near my property.

I would be willing to replace the tree in a sapling form in the spring of 2017in order to resolve this matter.  this does not admit any guilt in this situation but I'm willing to make this compromise for the sake of closing this matter.
