I had triad tree trimmers come out to my house in chapel hill and trimm trees for me and take one down.The foreman name was chris with crew 4, chris went above and beyond to trimm my trees to the best they could be they look great and I loved his work ethic, he was very respectful and carried his self like a true tree expertWe will have him do our trees from now onI will refer him to several friends

Couple weeks ago Triad Tree Trimmers crew were working for my neighbor and the crew leader (chris) stop me out in my yard to talk about trees he was very intelligent with the trees and knew exactly what he was talking aboutCrew ended up taking out a dead tree and a few dead limbs, they were very polite and quick cleaned up well and chris went above and beyond to make us happyWe would defrefer crew to all my friends and neighbors

Today a member of Triad Tree Trimmers was doing work at a neighbors house He stopped by to see if we needed service He noticed a large oak tree with limbs hanging over roof and driveway We were skeptical to use someone who just stopped by He had insurance papers on hand with him and traveled with other crew members We decide to give them a shot They were absolutely AWESOME We had CREW # They were all very polite and respectful They worked great together as a team and always had safety as a priority They were very respectful of surrounding landscaping as well They cleaned up and hauled all debris Even blew after they were done We would definitely use again and recommend crew # We have more work they could do if they are in the area again Very reasonable price as well

The first initial quote was for the work he wanted done was for my guys to take a small tree out of the back of his home take a few limbs off of a river birch one above his driveway other leaning towards neighbors home, raise the canopy on the leyland cypress that separated his property and
the neighbors, raise the canopy on tree in the front yard up to gutter height, trim miscellaneous Limbs around the backside of the propertyThe first quoted price was for $and that was to haul it all the way, The customer quickly said that He can't afford that So we asked if he had city pick up he told us yes and we adjusted the price to half of the to and asked if we could just leave it at the road he agreed and said yesBut in that we were going to trim up the Leyland cypress take a few limbs off of the river birch, raise the canopy as high as we could with a Power pruner around his home This way My arborist didn't have to climb every tree in the yard Is why the price was cut in half and we didn't have to haul the debris awayI walked around his home personally myself cutting what we agreed to cut and I done more work then we had agreed apon to keep customers happyHe decided that it wasn't enough work done he called and asked if we can come back and take a little more off each tree, I informed him of some truck issues that I was having with the engineSo now we are here where he wants us to do the original quote for half the price

Triad Tree Trimmers came unsolicited to my door But what a stroke of luck for me I showed them an foot dead yellow pine wedged between a flower garden and a wood fence Neal gave an estimate He talked about height and safety and promised no damage to fence or garden He made a fair offer One steely-eyed wild man climbed the tree and dropped it, piece by piece, to his workers below hours later Crew #left, with the tree in their pickup, and you'd never know they were here Excellent workmanship Excellent teamwork Excellent attention to detail I'd hire them again and would recommend them to anyone

the fire department to be able to cut the tree down that you agreed on cutting. Without that form I will not be responsible for the $10,000 fine. If you want to pay that then I will gladly come cut it down and remove the stump that is to be taken care of at the time of removal of that tree. If I'm not mistaken I only received 1 phone call about this job and at that moment I never received the approval from the fire department. But if all you want done is to remove the stump and not the tree then that will be taken care of within a day or two.

That is not true I have called Chris the guy doing the cutting with triad tree trimmers 20 times, I have text messages on phone to prove it. I have aquired the permission to cut the tree in the back from the deparment of natural resources 4 weeks ago and told Chris about it. At this point I do not want Triad tree trimmers to cut tree in the back. I just want them to cut the stump in the front to complete the job I have paid in full for or I need a complete refund. I can send all the text nessages and phone log communicating with Chris and his responses about coming out to cut the stump next day which were all empty promises. I also called the main number and left messages and only got one phone call back from a lady that told me neil will contact you but that never happened.

Triad Tree Trimmers has come out on Feb 19 2016 and finished the job and cut and removed the stump. I am satisfied with resolution and this complaint can be closed now.
