WE have been in contact with the homeowner numerous times since learning that she considered job was incomplete. She certainly was correct. we immediately began to determine how we could fix this issue. We review the contract and homeowner informed us that she was interested in some more windows....

Here is what we all agreed to do. we have already installed one Double Hung window in the center of a walk in bay unit. that is where the exterior trim needed to be corrected. After, reviewing situation, we determined that the entire bay unit (3 windows) must be addressed. So, we are going to remove center Double hung and replace it with a picture window at No Charge. That is the proper window for that opening. Next we are going to install Casement style windows on either side. All three windows will have matching contour grilles between the glass. we gave an additional $300 discount on the new windows. Any additional work needed will also be done at No Charge. The Homeowner is very happy with this new arrangement. Homeowner has my cell number and we talk a couple times each week. Like all our customers, this homeowner will have the strongest warranty in the window industry. Lifetime Warranty on windows and labor. Even a 20 year glass breakage warranty. If a baseball goes through your window, no worries, it will be replaced for free. We are a locally owned family business. we will always be around to care for our customers. The homeowner involved in this issue and I have become friends. We enjoy talking to each other on the phone. Her new custom windows are currently being manufactured and will be installed as soon as they ready. I cannot wait to see the smile on her face when the job is completed.

After our in home estimate we were told install would be about 3 weeks which was great. We were supposed to be contacted to set up install but by week 4 I hadn't heard anything so I called, I was given an install date for 2 days later. The installers came and were great. The problem we fell into was the main window we were supposed to have done was not with the installers, they tried to call to see where our window was but nobody was available to answer. After the guys installed the 2 small windows they said they would call us back when they got back to the building to see what's going on. We were called back and the window wouldn't be ready until another 3 days. My husband took the day off and had to remove the blinds, curtains and cornice board for no reason! It's the day before Thanksgiving we have 3 little kids and they failed to tell me 2 days ago that the main picture window wouldn't be installed. Very frustrating. Communication at this establishment is not up to Par.

Ms. [redacted] called to give verbal response and stated the complaint was resolved on Wednesday the 17th. I am completely satisfied. Unfortunately, it should not take me to file a complaint with the Revdex.com to get resolution.
