I completed 3 offers that were 'supposed' to give me 80 gold each on tap baseball 2015 and I didn't receive the free gold for any of them. I emailed support and they confirmed I had completed 1 of 3 but gave me 64 gold instead of 80. Now they're saying it was 64 at the time of completion and it may have not been clear to me? I doubt I'll even get the other 160 gold. Complete st of a company.
HORRIBLE, I've been trying to not only call in which they won't pick up, there's been vague repeated automated answers through email.
I paid 50 bucks for a game on Dragons of Atlantis, through TrialPay. The order said it was waiting to go through, but then I got an email that it had been declined. When I emailed the "Customer Support" (If there is any) at [email protected] to see what the problem was, I got a response saying there were discrepancies in the information (I have purchased through them once before, and the information was all the same, I even checked with my credit card company). They then asked me for my billing address and my current physical location, to which I replied, but have yet to see an email back. I decided to send another email in case they haven't gotten any and she replied with asking AGAIN for my billing address and current physical location, and I replied AGAIN but still haven't gotten a reply back. Both times, they were from Mary.
I completed a offer on Trial Pay for the only reason to get a free movie ticket for doing so. The offer never credited and I was told I was out of luck. I then tried another offer giving them the benifit of the doubt. It credited and the code they gave me did not work. They sent me a email several days later telling me there was nothing they would do. NEVER USE THEM AGAIN! You have been WARNED!!! This company is a SCAM!!!!
