I completed a offer on Trial Pay for the only reason to get a free movie ticket for doing so The offer never credited and I was told I was out of luck I then tried another offer giving them the benifit of the doubt It credited and the code they gave me did not work They sent me a email several days later telling me there was nothing they would do NEVER USE THEM AGAIN! You have been WARNED!!! This company is a SCAM!!!!
HORRIBLE, I've been trying to not only call in which they won't pick up, there's been vague repeated automated answers through email I paid bucks for a game on Dragons of Atlantis, through TrialPayThe order said it was waiting to go through, but then I got an email that it had been declinedWhen I emailed the "Customer Support" (If there is any) at [email protected] to see what the problem was, I got a response saying there were discrepancies in the information (I have purchased through them once before, and the information was all the same, I even checked with my credit card company)They then asked me for my billing address and my current physical location, to which I replied, but have yet to see an email backI decided to send another email in case they haven't gotten any and she replied with asking AGAIN for my billing address and current physical location, and I replied AGAIN but still haven't gotten a reply backBoth times, they were from Mary
