Did not show up the day they were scheduled to, showed up the next day. Repair guy found the problem, told me he didnt have the thermo link to replace, as the new ones are a different shape, asked me to pay the $70 service call (I had the dryer apart for him, he literally spent 5 minutes, never turned his service vehicle off). Told me he\'d have to check and see if he could find and would call me back. I called local appliance parts company and asked if they had the part, which they did, called Triangle back and let them know where to get part so they could return to repair. Never heard from him until 4 days later, he left a voice mail asking if I wanted him to return to fix. The local appliance parts company told me the thermo link has not changed in 20+ years. He was obviously just trying to collect the $70 service fee and go on to the next service call. Have dealt with them a few years back and had same type issue. We were without a dryer for 3 days, because our normal local repair service couldnt get out to us for a week, so I had to try someone. I ended up fixing myself. I think Triangle Repairs ethics are of concern. Will never call them again.
