In reference to the complaint against Triangle your claim # [redacted].Mrs. [redacted] was sold a metal transition for $7.S0 for her LVT vinyl job in her bathroom. At the time of installation. She was offered a gold or silver transition metal, she chose gold with the installer. Due to the fact...

thatmany of her fixture metals were gold. We carry both colors on our trucks. Aga in SHE CHOSE GOLD!At the suggestion of a friend after the installation, the friend thought the transition should be silver. [redacted] called the store and I told her we could change it to silver, but it would not be right away, due to theextremely busy preholiday schedule, it would be after Christmas. She then called and said she wanted a wood transition instead. I told her at that time we could do that, but there would be an extra charge for the labor andcost of the wood transition. She agreed she would pay extra for that. She never asked for a quote and I never gave her a price. My installer did call her after the holiday, she never called him returned his call. She chose on her own to have someone else do it for her and thinks I should pay for it. I told her we would not. It was not part of her job as sold. From our end, if purchased the wood transition would cost about $35, pending selection, plus trip charge for the labor of $45 minimum plus tax.She chose her person to purchase and install it, and it cost her less than what we would have charged.I am not responsible to put in that wood transition in, because she never contracted for it. She bought metal and I was going to change it to silver as a courtesy, but she chose a different route on her own.In closing, I explained very clearly to her and never gave her the impression we would pay for the wood transition. She agreed she would pay extra. This matter is closed on my end. If you look for my Revdex.com records you will see we do not have a bad reputation in the community. We thrive on customer service and I am so rry she thinks this is our problem. Her job was installedand completed as purchased.Sincerely,[redacted]Owner Triangle ApplianceFlooring department and manager

Review: I had a bathroom floor tiled and the transition bar put in was the wrong color. I asked that it be replaced with a color that matched the floor. The tile was gray and the transition bar put in was gold. I asked that it be changed to silver, then I called again and asked to replace it with a woodgrain one. The floor was put in before Thanksgiving and I called that week to have it replaced,I was told the installer was on vacation and he would contact me when he got back.no word from him I called the store and they said he was really busy and he would contact me. I called twice more and I was told he's really busy. I didn't here from him 1 month later so I called my handyman. It took him 45 mins. To replace it. The second week of January the installer called me and said he could fix the transition bar! I took my bill to triangle and they will not reemberse me because I was in no danger of getting hurt and I could have waited. I never heard from him so I figured I would get a responsible person to fix my problemDesired Settlement: Reimbursement for work someone else had to finish

We had a warrenty issue with both our washer and dryer. It takes two cycles for our clothes to dry. Service came over turned on the dryer and told my wife it works fine. The vent is probably plugged with lint was his answer. I took the vent apart, took the heat exhaust off, and looked at the lint trap, not any lint to be found. The problem was a heat sensor that I ended fixing and they still want to charge me for a service call when they never did anything but turn the dryer on. On the same day he checks out the washer and says he will need to order parts. Over a month goes bye and finally they come and fix the washer. In the next couple of days the washer starts making horrible noises and is shaking violently. We call back and they tell us our warrenty has run out and would no longer be covered. What kind of company does not stand behind their work? So now I have a 2 year old washer that does not work well and a dryer that I fixed and they still keep sending me a bill for 40 some dollars for the great service job they did.
