I have used TCR many times nowFirst to fix my cracked iphone screen (twice...whoops), then to get a new battery and fix the cracked screen for my mom's iPhoneEach time the TCR team was really helpful, profession and FASTMost recently, my husband and I worked with the owners to get new phones since ours were getting really out of date and again they were super helpful and understood what we were looking for down to the cases and screen protectors (definitely needed after the cracked screen fixes mentioned earlier!)I've been to multiple locations and received the same level of service at each and I've sent colleagues, friends and family to themI would definitely recommend TCR so much better than dealing with apple or the phone companies!

I dropped my cell phone off for a 1 hour repair. The company broke a part. 5-days later it is still not fixed & I haven't been told when it will be.On Friday 2/19/16, I dropped my cell phone off at Triangle Cellular Repair to have the glass screen replaced. The phone was working perfectly and just needed to have the broken glass replaced. The technician, [redacted] broke a part on my cell phone while he was doing the repair which made the cell phone totally unusable. I was told that a replacement for the broken part would be ordered. It is now Tuesday 2/23/16 at 4:42 PM which is a full 4 days after I dropped my phone off for a 1-hour repair, and it still isn't fixed. I have asked about when the part will be in and when I will actually have a working phone again. I haven't been given an answer to either of those questions. It is ridiculous to not have a working cell phone 4-days later when the repair was only supposed to take an hour. I have asked for a manager to email me, but I still haven't heard from him 3-days later. I asked for the owner to email me and am still waiting to hear from him. Obviously, I can't make phone calls, because I don't have a working cell phone. I am currently unemployed and am in the process of looking for a job. It is very possible that I have missed phone calls from potential employers as a result of not having my phone. I need my cell phone to be in working order ASAP.Desired SettlementI want my cell phone fixed ASAP even if that means the company has to pay for overnight shipping of needed parts. Since they broke my phone, they need to do whatever it takes to get it working again.
