I won a tv on ***i picked it up from bestway and set the tv up and turned it on I could see the screen was cracked
I won a ***i picked it up from bestway and took it home and hooked it upWe could see it was crackedI contacted *** about the crackthey said they did not cover damage.I talked to bestway to resolve the situationThey said they didnt cover the damage either.However they are the distributor for ***They should be negotiating with *** for replacement or refundThe tv had to have been damaged on the assembly linethere was no damage to the box and I did not drop the tv eitherif I had dropped the box or tv the damage would have been on the bottom of the tv.I have witnesses that were there to help me with the installation who can assert the damage was there when I took the tv out of the boxbestway had notice right away I was returning the tv, so I feel well within the guidelines for a direct sales contract cancel
