Triangle custom landscaping has not honored their commitment to provide work as promised and is making up invoices for work not done.We were billed $1,215 on 3/16/16 for installing river stone along downspouts and 80 bales of long needle. We were not happy with the quality of product. Instead river stone, construction rocks were installed. The installation was extremely poor and sloppy work. We complained and the company responded by making up invoices. We canceled our service immediately and yet the company continues to send invoices.Desired SettlementRefund of $1215 and no more fake invoices.Business Response This was a simple misunderstanding with a previous customer and an invoice that should be been deleted in our scheduling software was accidentally printed and mailed out. When we were informed of the mistake, we apologized and corrected it. The customer's husband emailed immediately after this complaint was filed to apologize and let us know that "Yesterday after getting the bill in the mail, my wife apparently got upset and without my knowledge filed a Revdex.com complaint against your company. This was not necessary and was done prematurely. I do understand how these complaints affect small businesses and would not have done this myself. Upon receiving his response, we consider this to be resolved.
