this business is a joke! took my security DVD player/recorder to him to get footage off of it. He didn't even have any video cables except the coaxitype. He had NO idea what to do but assured me he would call me in 3 days to let me know what he found out. I told him he could pick up cables at a store less than 2 blocks away. I finally called and left him a msg after 6 days. When he called me back, he said he couldn't figure out how to hook it up!!! Even though he told me his landlord had the exact same system. I took him the manual. It had a hard drive in it. He may be able to hok up a VHS and convert to DVD but all his other claims of talent are nonexistent!!! Do not take anything time sensitive to him.
