This company will not honor an expired gift card in the amount of $35.00 that was purchased with cash but no services have been performed.I received a gift card in the amount of $35.00 as a gift which my daughter purchased with cash. Unfortunately, I misplaced it and when it was found I noticed that they card had expired(it was issued for only 6 mo.) When I brought it in the first time I was told that I needed to talk to the owner. When I went in the second time, I spoke to the manager who said that they could not honor the gift card. When I asked for the owners number, she gave me a phone number that was out of service. I waited at the counter for 15 minutes but the manager would not come back or give me another number. How can a gift card purchased with cash expire????Desired SettlementI would like them to honor this gift card and perform a service of my choosing that would use up the $35.00.Business Response Triangle Day Spa is a reputable business with multiple repeat customers. Gift cards are sold with the understanding that it is not the spa's responsibility to keep up with gift card dates.
