I purchased a special of hours remodeling or carpentry for $Because of this experience I don't know if I would ever purchase a special againI don't like the idea of paying for a service that hasn't been provided, and this is whyI never heard from the office about scheduling until I reached out to themThe receptionist was very quick and lacked customer service I found out that the special I purchased would require a trip to a home improvement store which was not going to be convenient at all, considering I was hiring this company to do work on a nursery for my three month old that I couldn't finish due to lack of timeShe told me that they would get the supplies if I couldn't but that it would take away from the time they would be workingI expected to schedule a consult visit but was informed that wasn't how the special workedOnce the day came for them to do work, the owner arrived on time, but the second worker didn't show up until 1/hr laterWhen I told the owner I needed them to get the supplies, I was given an annoyed response that they would have to go back out into the heavy trafficI ended up finding a small bucket of mud that I had left over for them to useAfter taping up the doorway with plastic (that I was told normally would be an extra fee), the guys got to work sandingAbout minutes later I discovered that they were standing outside taking a breakEventually the owner got back to work and finished mudding the ceilingThen he asked me what else I had to do and everything I mentioned either he said wouldn't be a good idea or would take more time and more moneyThey left minutes early because there was "nothing" to doIt was a waste of my time and money to hire this company
