I ordered a bedding set from [redacted] who also does business as Triangle Fashion (I didn’t know this until I called their #)The item showed in stock and I chose Expedited Shipping (1-business days) since we had an Open House scheduled the following weekendBecause I knew the item was in stock and shipping would be fast, I went out and purchased curtains and other items to match the beddingWhen I had not received a shipment confirmation I checked the order which showed “item not shipped”I called the customer service number and was very confused since nobody seemed to be able to direct me to someone who could help with my order #I was transferred three times and started to worry perhaps I had the wrong companyI finally got someone who explained they had just switched software systems and it was not going well so everything was backed upI asked when they expected things to be fixed but she couldn't tell me muchI asked to speak with a supervisor so I could decide what to doThe Supervisor was very accommodating and said they were embarrassed this had gone so badly and she would try to get my order shippedI gave it two days and checked again, still no shipmentI called back and spoke with someone who still had no answers and suggested I "just cancel my order" and went on to explain there were much bigger orders being held up and that those would take priorityI asked to speak with a supervisor and was put on holdThe rep came back and said she would have to take a message and have the supervisor call me backNo callI emailed them the next morningEleven days after placing my order I received an email that my order shipped via FedEx and it gave me a tracking #I tried tracking the package but FedEx didn't recognize the numberAt this point I figured at least something shipped and I waitedFour days later I received a response to my email saying items would ship that day or the followingI responded and explained I thought my order had shipped and included the email they sent me showing the shipment ID # that didn't workThey responded and gave me the correct shipment ID # which after review is expected to arrive in days! I immediately emailed them and asked for a shipping refund since the order clearly did not go out with expedited shippingThey did respond within an hour and said they applied the creditI haven’t checked yet because I’m afraid that too will be wrong or not done at allThe end result is I understand unexpected problems occur and yes I could have canceled my order, and will take responsibility for that, but ultimately I walked away feeling shorted and misleadThe customer service was poor, the communication was bad and the detailed information they did supply was wrongI still await my order in hopes that it works because goodness knows I DO NOT want to have to deal with returning anything with this companyRegardless of how much I like the product, I will not order from them again

The end result is I understand unexpected problems occur and yes I could have canceled my order, and will take responsibility for that, but ultimately I walked away feeling shorted and mislead. The customer service was poor, the communication was bad and the detailed information they did supply was wrong. I still await my order in hopes that it works because goodness knows I DO NOT want to have to deal with returning anything with this company. Regardless of how much I like the product, I will not order from them again.
