On October 22,2015 I had a procedure done for which I paid in full at the time of service. Insurance payment left me with a credit of 168.50 On October 22, 2015 I had a procedure done in which I paid in full $875.00 Insurance paid more than expected which left me with a credit of 168.50. I have mad several calls and a visit to the office inquiring about the balance due me.I was told in November payments were disbursed at the end of each month. After not receiving payment by mid December I called and got the same reply. I went to the office for clarification and got the same reply again, the accountants would be notified, etc.. I called to day to find no payment was made in December and the accountants would be notified. It seems to be a run around. From 10/22/2015 thru 1/3/2016 this should have been rectifiedDesired SettlementI would like the money owed me and my family. In this day and age there has been more than sufficient timeBusiness Response [redacted] returned a call to Mrs. [redacted] regarding this issue. The check has been mailed to the [redacted]'s address on file.
