On Oct 7th 2014 we gave [redacted] ( owner operator of business) $2200.00 as down payment to enclose our porch with ezee breeze windows and to build a door. He cashed check and has disappeared. Not answering emails or phone calls. The natural light patio covers company that he is a licensed installer for stated that he never ordered our windows. They said that he owes their company about $20,000. They are a company based in Canada. In Dec. he and his crew had come to our house with some lumber but then said that the windows that came were the wrong size. ( I never saw any windows screens or door, just lumber) He said that he would send windows back. Last heard from him with an email in Dec.30.2014 stating that he had reordered the windows and it would be a rush order and it would take 3 weeks. Have not heard from him again, he will not answer phone or emails. Again, the company stated that there never was an order for windows. He had installed a natural light roof for us in Sept (after 2 months of delays that he stated were due to 2 hospital stays, surgery blood infection, appendicitis). However we were happy with natural patio roof installation and that is why we entered into a new contract with him to purchase and install windows. Natural Light Patio Covers have now changed their name to Lumens.
