TRIANGLE LAND SCAPING IS A FRAUD. The guy's name is [redacted] and phone #XXX XXX XXXX. We paid $130 for grass cutting&fertlizer,but he never came. [redacted] came to our house on 2/18/2014. He claimed he will cut the grass and fertilize the lawn for February and March. We paid $130 with a check. Without cutting the grass and without doing any service he left with the check. He never came back. I tried calling him several times but rarely did he actually pick up. At times when he did pick up, he assured me that he will come at a later date but again, never came.Desired SettlementWe would like to get our $130 back

I contracted with [redacted] of Triangle Landscaping of Oxford, NC, to install a drainage system for my front and back yard. [redacted] outlined the work, gave me an estimate, and signed a written document providing me with a warranty for the system. He promised me both verbally and in writing that the system would solve my soil drainage issues. The system does not work with heavy rains and flooding. I have notified [redacted] both verbally and via text, and he promised to return and fix the system. He then asked for money for an unrelated issue (seeding) and failed to return and do the drainage work when I refused the other project. About two months have passed with this second round of communiques. Working with [redacted] has been a terrible experience. I am writing to request a complete refund for his work, because:1) He took months to install the initial system, offering me many excuses why the work wasn't underway. He only came to start work when I threatened to report him to Revdex.com, as I had prepaid the work.2) He only partially installed the system, allowing the pipes to get ripped up with a heavy rainfall. 3) Has recommended and implemented fixes that haven't delivered promised results. For example, he installed rocks, but failed to dig a shallow trench to hold them, and told me that adding additional soil and grass would fix a chronic problem with moist soil.4) The system does not work well when there is heavy flooding. There is pooling of water by the catch basins, and the whole front left yard floods, due to the fact that there is too much water rushing through a pipe.5) He installed perforated pipes near the gutters, rather than solid pipes I am now in the process of getting an estimate to fix the system and correct the flaws (perforated pipes, failure to trench, etc) that [redacted] is responsible for.[redacted] has told me that he has cashflow issues. I believe that he is accepting jobs and then using payments to finance other work. He backs out and disappears when you try to hold him accountable.Desired SettlementI am requesting a 100% refund of all work due to the fact that a) work was not delivered on schedule promised; b) multiple promises were broken; c) system is not performing as promised; d) [redacted] has not honored the warranty.I have paid fees of $4370 for the drainage system and stonework.
