Triangle Lawn Specialists

I hired Triangle Lawn Specialists to perform landscaping work consisting of planting four trees and other perennial plants while also removing grass from my existing planting beds and adding mulch. In the course of the work, Triangle Lawn Specialists agreed to plant additional plants. Afterwards, I asked for additional work for a river rock to be installed, but cost for the project was not discussed beforehand. Later, when I reported that there was discrepancies with the performed work, arbitrarily Triangle Lawn Specialist announced there would be additional charges of $485. To reconcile our differences I made an offer of $240 for the river rock and the additional plants even though *** of Triangle Lawn Specialists unilaterally made the offer implying it would be free of charge. I thought the manner was resolved when in a text response *** of Triangle Lawn Specialists replied "Your prices will be fine." Yet, *** of Triangle Lawn Specialists is unwilling to meet to correct the discrepancies in the performed work. The four trees are dying because they were not properly planted. The planting beds are overridden with invading grass because they were not properly prepared.

I had a terrible experience with the business. I have texted, called, and even meet with them at my home a few times. They promise something and you do not get they service in return. My irrigation system was left nonoperational and yard was left in a mess. One star may be to much.
