NO BYE THE TIME EVERYTHING WAS SAID AND DONE 4 SOMETHING LONG STORY SHORT WE WERE UNDER CONTRACT TO GET YOUR DREAM HOME AND WE NEEDED TO CLOSE AND WE ALMOST DIDN'T BECAUSE THEY GAVE US THE RUN AROUND THEY WASNT ABLE TO GET US THE LOAN MATTER OF FACT THEY SCREW US FROM BEING ABLE TO GO SOMEWHERE ELSE FROM YOUR FILE BEING RAN TO GET THAT PARTICULARLY LOAN BUT U DONT MESS WITH GODS [redacted] OUR BANK HAD HELP US AND WE GOT THE LOAN AND THE HOME WITH A GOOD LOW MORTGAGE OF YOUR DREAMS AND WE WERE SAVED DONT GO TO THESE PEOPLE THEY ARE FULL OF IT TRUST ME Desired SettlementTHE MONEY WE LOST FROM THE APPRAISALBusiness Response This borrower was qualified at the time of application based on the income documentation he supplied to us and liabilities disclosed. At application the borrower stated there was no undisclosed debt. Upon verifying tax transcripts, this was not the case. Realizing this, we were forced to change programs that allowed us to add his wife (who did not qualify to be a co-borrower on the previous program) to the loan. This change would have increased their interest rate (.25%) due to adding a borrower with a lower credit score. The borrower became very irate and threatening to our staff when we informed him of this necessary change. This behavior was shocking to say the least.Initially, before finding the undisclosed expenses, we were able to lock this borrower into a rate that was .125% lower than quoted. Our office went above and beyond to help this first time home buyer in every way possible.
