Triangle Mechanical serviced the unit in a home I purchased, and when I called with a question about the (barely legible) notes on the invoice, the owner, ***, told me to pick up a dictionary and look up the meaning of the word on the invoice When I further ask if it was a recommendation for replacement or simply an observation, he shared that it was a 'piece of junk' that his company would 'never install.' Which is good to know, but certainly did not answer my question orI explained that it was off putting and I could have been a potential long term customer, he said they don't take new clients in the summer so it didn't matter and if I did not like it, he only had words for meI felt threatened and upset by that point so I just said thank you and ended the callStay far away from this company and get help elsewhere if you can
