Triangle Neurology and Sleep Lab, PA

I am owed $111.23 by the doctor as of 5/16/2016 as the attached statement shows. There is no dispute about it. However the Dr has not refunded this amount and her staff have stopped communicating to me. Several requests to their billing company and directly to the doctor's office over 2 months have not achieved any result. The billing company told me that the Doctor's office needs to send the check. I exchanged messages with her staff member, [redacted] who said that she will talk to the doctor about the refund. That was in June. Since the beginning of July she hasstopped responding to my messages and when I phone their office (no one answers) and I leave a message, they never get back.Product_Or_Service: CPAP machineDesired SettlementI would like my refund amount of $111.23 and an apology for the delay, lack of communication and all my time wasted chasing them.
