Triangle Physicians for Women

I visited 1st in August 12.I was presented with the pay plan I followed.Change practice due a complication after 10/12/2015.And still waiting refund.I went to Triangle physicians when I was 10 weeks pregnant 8/12/15. I was presented with the payment plan of $600.00, as well I paid a co-payment of $30.00 on that day only. In October 12, 2016 they sent me to a consultation with [redacted] perinatal and they discover a complication with my pregnancy. Triangle physicians will not be able to follow up or manage this condition and they will not deliver the baby in a regular hospital, I needed to go to one with an specialize NICU (neonatal intensive care unit). So I called the practice to cancel the follow up appointment and talked with the financial person to find out if I have a credit or a balance, they sais they have to bill the insurance first and then see if there is a credit or a balance and they say they will call me. They never called me back, I had to go personally in November and they didn't know yet, that they will call. no one call. I went there about 3 more times and I was told in one, yes I have a credit. Second time they do not process the checks their main office does they will let me know. 4th time (December 21st) there is a check in the mail. In January I called to let them know I have not got any check (I am in bed rest in the hospital since Jan. 12, 2016). They said we will call you when we find out. I have nor receive any calls from them since I cancel my appointment back in November. If I do not call or go to their practice I wouldn't know I have a credit... I still do not know how much. According to my calculations for 4 visits and paid a total of $330.00 and each visit is a co- payment of 30, then they owe me $210.00.
