This company provides installation services for [redacted] appliances. They fail to coordinate with [redacted] so installation is not occurring as scheduledThe company's installers showed up before the appliance was delivered and left. They refused to return during the same day after the appliance, a dishwasher in this case, was delivered. As a result our family is having to go to considerable inconvenience to take 2 days off to have this dishwasher installed. As is we are having to place significant inconvenience on an extended family member to be present for installation. The representative was rude and offered no remedy or recompense for the inconvenience. Desired SettlementI'd like a formal apology, and a portion of the installation fee to be refunded for our inconvenience.
