FLAWLESS EXPERIENCE !!!

I contacted Triangle Reconstruction to assess crawlspace and foundation issues that were resulting in water and humidity problems in my home. ***, the company owner, discussed various repairs and enhancements that can be implemented and the benefits of each. Crawlspace encapsulation may be required ultimately, but I was looking for less costly first steps to mitigate the problem.

***'s team installed gutter extensions and an exterior french drain to reduce the water that is getting to the foundation in the first place. Even if we proceed to crawlspace encapsulation, this will make the overall system more robust.

The price charged for the above work was VERY reasonable (I checked around), and the whole team was polite, friendly, and professional.

PS. We just had a lot of flooding yesterday due to massive rain, and the french drain and gutter extensions dumped a huge amount of water into an area away from the house. There was ZERO water accumulation in the crawlspace!

Hired these guys to line my crawl. They were on time for the appointment and gave a fair estimate. I had them do the work. In and out in a few hours. They left trash bags for the other crew to pick up within a couple of days. I have a remodeling company and will be using them when I need them on one of my projects.

My 2 year project with *** started with a humidity problem in the craw space under my home. *** installed a dehumidifier which solved the humidity problem. After the first year I had no humidity under my home but my home was unlevel in places because some floor joists had shrunk in height. After replacing 1 girder and some sister joists *** was able to level the floor. *** stayed on top of my problem and scheduled work that was convenient with my time. *** and his crew were very concerned with trying to restore my home back to it's original condition and making sure everything was cleaned up before leaving. While inside the home everyone was very polite and were careful not to damage any furniture. If you have any projects I highly recommend you get in contact with *** at Triangle Reconstruction.

and his crew have been great. We had a vapor barrier and dehumidifier installed last year. It got the moisture under control, and surprisingly lowered our power bill.

This year we're selling our house and we asked them to come out and take of a few small items the buyer's inspector had in his report. *** and the crew came out promptly, no questions asked and took care of it.

came out to look at my crawl space which needed the old vapor barrier taken out and new
put in along with securing fallen insulation. The estimate was reasonable. The two men came

Triangle Reconstruction sealed my crawl space and did a great job! It was difficult because of the 10' height plus a separate room with only 2' of space but they did a careful, thorough job. Low humidity now and the musty smell is gone. Anyone with a crawl space should consider this! Their price was reasonable.

I had water under my crawlspace from the heavy rains in 2014. I had 3 estimates and talked with each of the companies that came out. I decided on Triangle Reconstruction. One of the company was trying to sell me a complete package that would have sent me over my budget which was not what I needed. The other company came and did their inspection but did not send me pictures or sat down with me like *** did. *** went under the crawlspace, took pictures and sat down with me and went over the details, and educated me thru the process. He gave me some options and what would work in my situation and explained why, which worked perfect with my budget. *** is very knowledgeable and very thorough. I contacted 5 out of the hundreds of references he gave me and I was very satisfied. Triangle Reconstruction is a very honest company, very thorough and very reliable. They did such a damn good job I did not have to call them back out, not even once. An educated customer is the best customer and Triangle Reconstruction did that for me. The moisture barrier installed in my crawl space looks great. The gentleman who came to install the barrier were very nice and hard working. The items that were stored under my house were placed back in the same spots after the barrier was installed.

I'm not easily impressed, but this company just gets it. I did not get upsold on anything. They told me what was absolutely needed vs nice to have. Everybody I interacted with, including the tradesmen who did the actual work, were very respectful and professional. I never felt worried about having the team at my house. And the quality of work was great. I definitely recommend Triangle Reconstruction.

We have lived in our home for 12 years and decided to have the home inspected (just to make sure that we weren't missing anything that was wrong). After we received the inspector's report regarding the problems in our crawlspace, we contacted Triangle Reconstruction. They came out promptly and spent a considerable amount of time assessing the situation and getting to the ROOT cause of the problems. As a matter of fact, they discovered each and every issue that the inspector found without having had any details of the report.

We had Triangle Reconstruction replace our crawlspace insulation, seal our crawlspace and install a new floor joist. It was a multi-day project and we hare very happy with the results.

A coworker recommended Triangle Reconstruction for the crawlspace sealing, I was happy to find out they could do the floor joist instillation as well.

They scheduled and estimate visit a few days after we contacted them. the inspector assessed the crawlspace and spent time discussing the options for the crawlspace. We never felt pressured to go for a particular option. We came to an agreement on the best option for the crawlspace. We provided an engineers report for the floor joist.

After an initial inside assessment with the frame, the crews installed the concrete piers, insulation, joist, and liners over the course of a few days. They did an excellent job cleaning up debris from the old insulation a liner.
