Triangle Shell Service

Review: The manager of the service station ripped my engine splash shield exiting the work bay. He rigged the splash shield back up temporarily. I attempted to ask him to replace the splash shield. he definitely did not have good managerial skills with respect to decisions. The actual manager damaged my car and is going to tell me that I fix it and it is ok. It is not ok. he would not give me the liscence number or the insurance information. that was definitely the last time I will use their repaior facilities.Desired Settlement: Pay for new splash shield and labor.
