Review: My vehicle was in an accident and towed to their company, the fees were about $430 on May 29. I contacted the company on Saturday May 31, 2014 around 9 a.m. and was advised the fee was currently $690 including a $45 fee for after hours release, which I did not understand due to they were currently open on that day. I was advised that if I did not get the vehicle by 1:00 p.m,an additional $200, $150 for admin fee and $50 for storage would be added. My insurance company advised that they would pay the towing fee only so I could ask the towing company to send an email or fax of the itemized bill. I contacted the towing company and was advised that their supervisor said they could not send an email of the bill to the insurance company but he would fax it. I gave him the fax number and asked him to put the claim number on the bill but he stated it was too late, he already faxed the bill while we were talking. I contacted the insurance company and was advised that they needed to put the claim number because the bill would not get to the correct location for payment. My husband called and asked for a supervisor and was told how can I help you, my husband said can I have a supervisor, the person would not identify himself nor put on a supervisor. I took the phone and realized it was the same individual that I spoke with earlier. I asked why he would not put on a supervisor and explained that I wanted to see if he could email the bill and that we went back to the state we live in and could not come personally but would fax the release information they requested. I explained also that my insurance needed the bill faxed with the claim number. The individual later identified as Scott started to yell and get belligerent advising that he does not have to fax anything the insurance company can just come up there. I again asked for a supervisor he stated that "he will just hang up the [redacted] phone" which he did. I called back and asked for a supervisor he stated the name of the supervisor is dad.Desired Settlement: I am requesting a refund for the $200 admin and storage because we would have been able to get the vehicle if Scott was not being unprofessional on the phone plus the $45 after hours. I was going to pay the $690 and have a mechanic come and tow the vehicle from their site and have the insurance company just reimburse me the $275 which is the tow fee and additional fees I had to pay. But because I wanted a bill sent so I along with the insurance company could see all the made up charges.
