This office has completed the documents at hand. Upon completion of the documents, the Customer requested on two separate occasions that we "hold off" on proceeding any further because she feared that she would not be able to serve the subject. We were advised not to proceed and

Later, I received a text message from again, Ms. [redacted] (our client's mother) and I informed her via text that I would refund $125.00. I did this in good faith to avoid confrontation. I further informed her via text that I would issue payment, which I did on 7/27/2015. As is turned out, I didn't realize it was send to our client's home address but addressed to opposing party. Relying on same, I immediately re-issued a refund, mailing it to her home in her son's name, since he is our client.
