Also Dr. C[redacted]. Worst outpatient experience ever. Filthy exam room (human waste on the wall by waste basket). Will NOT return to this practice, ever. Avoid like the plague.

Review: Prior to an emergency surgery on 3/23/16, upon my complaining of previous problems with the placement of a stent in years past and my negative experience with it's removal procedure, my Triangle Urology Dr. C[redacted] indicated to me he would prescribe an oral sedative pill for me to take before removal procedure. He then began to scold me by warning me if I took it before the procedure I would not be given another. This scolding was offensive to me as it implied that I was an apparent drug addict with no control issues over this medication and I specifically told him "I am not an addict"! Following the surgery, this Dr. Phoned my wife in the waiting area and upon her concerns to him that I have struggled with stents and that I had the type of job which requires me to drive a lot and to operate equipment and to lift a lot and not have access to a bathroom and could he please take that into consideration and provide extra recovery time, this insensitive doctor told my wife flippantly that he knows patients whom work 4 months with stents in place and that he does not give out free work excuses and for me to piss in the woods if I need to relieve myself. My wife was offended and outraged. On 3/25, in pain and nearing end of prescription, wife phoned Wexford office and was told they were moving and would call us back. After hearing nothing and out of medication on 3/28 phoned main office and expressed my dissatisfaction with Dr and no phone call back from Wexford and I wanted to see another Dr. And a refill on pain meds to assist me. At 1:20 pm, Office mgr. phoned me back and still tried to have me see the same Dr. As I requested to not see. Angry, I demanded another Appt with 2nd Doctor and Pain meds I have been waiting for. At 5:30pm still no prescription and upon phone call from office manager, I found out they could not phone script in. At this point I angrily pointed out that they had all day to have one ready for my wife to pick up and chose not to even do that, until I demanded A late pm pickupDesired Settlement: I would like this group to make sure this arrogant Doctor apologizes to my wife and I for basically suggesting I was a drug addict and for treating my concerns about returning to work in such a manner as to suggest I urinate in the woods like an animal instead of taking the time needed to recover. This group needs to not hide behind an excuse of "not knowing who answered their phone" when trying to explain why no return phone call in 2 days! I do not wish to pay 1 cent for this poor care!
