Extremely displeased. After getting my exam at the Raleigh location and spending over $600 (paid upfront) on 2/27, the lenses are still not made. The first order for the lenses were "lost in transit" and the re-order did not pass "quality" check and they have to "start over". Had I known they have problems with their courier service or lens manufacturer, I would NOT have chosen this vendor/provider.

When I called the office at all locations, I was given an answering machine and had to leave msg. No indication they are even still in business.

January of this year we took my son to Triangle Vision of Sanford for his annual eye exam. After the exam during the frame and lens purchase with the optician it was highly recommended that we purchase insurance for the glasses. The optician advised us that the warranty would cover everything other than loss or theft. All we had to do was bring whatever we had left of the frame and/or lenses and we would get a new pair. Well this weekend my son was cutting grass and accidentally dropped his glasses in the path of the lawnmower and they were badly damaged. We took what we had left, as per the warranty back to Triangle Vision today and were told they would not honor the warranty because we did not have the entire frame and the lenses were not covered, and we would have to purchase another pair. This was totally opposite of what we were told when we purchased the frames and lenses with insurance in January.Product_Or_Service: Frames and LensesDesired SettlementI want Triangle Vision to honor the warranty we were promised. If we knew of all these stipulations we would have never purchased the warranty in the first place. Now my son has to go almost a year without his glasses.More info from the consumer :We were contacted by both the Triangle Vision regional manager and the office manager of the Sanford location. We were told that we were misinformed and that our warranty was valid. So on 5/20/2016 we took the pieces of his glasses we had left and a new pair of frames and lenses were ordered. We are not satisfied and do not wish any further action to be taken.
