My Two ATVs continue to break
I bought two ATVs and they are junk. I have spent over 1000 to have them fixed. I paid to have them put together and extended warranty. The back wheel almost came off. All the screws except one came out. My kids could have been seriously hurt and Tribal
Motorsport typical response is it’s not under warranty.
My Two ATVs continue to break

I purchased 3 quads for my kids well into 2.5 months ago. Still have not received the said items.
Approx 2.5 months back I ordered 3 quads for my kids and still have not received them. I've called once a week and left multiple messages. Only time I get Any update is if I call them. Finally got shipping info this last Friday and of course they only sent 1 of 3 quads. Now I cant Get anyone to call me back or give me any sort of update. This place is 100% a scam.

Desired Outcome

I want Either what I paid For or a refund, and I want It now.

We have been in communication with you for a week now regarding this lost package. The shipping has lost the package and are investigating where it is. This is pretty rare for this to happen, but we have you covered in situations like this one. As mentioned to you earlier today, if the shipping company does not find it we will either send out 2 new units if available or refund you for those units. There is shipping insurance included with every purchase encase situations like this ever were to happen. Thank you for communicating with us during this and as mentioned earlier today in our phone call, we should have an update for you within 48 hours.

I purchased 2 110cc go karts. One in June, one in July, both have issues.
I purchased 2 go karts, 1 in June, 1 in July. The one I purchased in June has a bad carburetor. The service department asked me to send them a video of us trying to start it. They ordered a replacement carburetor however the wrong one was ordered after weeks of waiting. The second go kart has a bent shifter. I can bend it back into placed, but as soon as someone tries to shift it again, it bends. So my kids could at least have a 1 go kart to ride, I took the carburetor off the 2nd purchased go kart, to put on the 1st purchased go kart, however, the carburetor is not the issue...it still won't start. I've contacted the service dept many, many times. This has been going on since June 30 now, however I'm not getting much help. I keep being told they are out of replacement parts due to Covid-19. Friday, I was told the shifter is still out of stock and could be another month before any are back in stock to send me. I was told they could try to find a local repair shop to fix the carburetor issue on the first, but I haven't heard back regarding this. I'm a single mom and had to save up to get these go karts for my kids. Neither are running and my kids are so disappointed, as am I. When this much money is spent, you shouldn't have to worry about whether or not they'll run. 2 go karts purchased and both have issues is concerning. These obviously aren't made well.

Desired Outcome

Since this issue has been going on since the end of June and I've been very patient in trying to get this resolved, I think a fair resolution would be to either have both fixed within the week or 2 new go karts sent out...the 2 I have can be picked up and returned. I'm not trying to be difficult, I simply want running go karts for my children.

Hi Melissa,
I would like to be clear on the conversation you are referring to and an update as to where our team is at with your warranty. Prior to that phone call I reached out to first apologize for the issues you are experiencing and addressed our action plan to resolve the issues. The bent handle is not even a warranty part as they do not just bend on their own, but we still are warrantying it for you. Our support team informed you last Friday that we would like to get this into a repair shop immediately and take care of the issues for you in which you were in agreement with doing so. We never offer this to someone unless they are completely unable to fix an issue they might be experiencing. This is also unheard of for an online powersports dealer to offer this. So, that very next day you did in fact go to our social media sites and start writing negative things about our company and even started commenting on other happy customer's positive post to talk us down right after we just offered to fix this issue on us. The following Monday is when I reached out and tried to help even further. You were only frustrated that we had not found a repair shop yet when it has only been 1 business day of looking. Also I tried to explain that most dealer repair shops are closed on Monday's so that is why it takes a few days to locate one that is certified to repair your go-kart. You then ended the conversation right after by yelling and hanging up on me. All I did was try to help even further aside from our tech support already helping and finding a repair shop. Right after hanging up, you then proceeded to come to this site and leave a Revdex.com complaint. That is when I reached back out to you the same day to simply state that if you continue to bash us while we are locating repair shops to fix the issue and pay for the repair, then we will no longer continue to help do so. You can define it however you want and try to make our company look bad, but we have only offered to help and we are still proactively helping to do this. I have clear email evidence of this as well if needed. As of 7/24, I'm being informed that there is not any repair shops in your area that are certified to work on this go-kart and you are aware of this. We are currently communicating straight with the manufacturer and sending them the information you have sent us so that they can better help assist us resolve this issue. I thank you for continuing to work with us and we hope to rebuild our relationship with you as we keep working on this.

Have not received order. Business will not answer phone or email inquiries.
We purchased June 20th and were given a date of the 26th for delivery. I have tried calling the company, emailing, texting, chatting, but only got one response on the 28th that our order was delayed. I have tried daily to get an update, but no answer. This is a huge purchase that has been paid for, over *** We want some communication and explanation.

We want the product we paid for and some communication on when it will be delivered.

I purchased this bike as a Christmas present, not 3 months later the carburetor started leaking gas.
I purchased a Dr-x gas 2 stroke 50cc kids dirt bike from them on 12/9. It was a Christmas present for my son so wasn't even used until 12/25. The very beginning of February it started having issues and the carburetor was leaking gas. I submitted a claim since it was still under warranty, I waited a month to receive the new carburetor and now that I have it isn't even the same carburetor, the one they sent was way too big and won't fit at all. My son hasn't been able to ride this bike long enough to be having these issues and I shouldn't still be having to make payments on it while it isn't even running and hasn't been for over a month and a half now!

Desired Outcome

I would like a new bike entirely, this isn't my doing I shouldn't even have to fix it. If I can not get a new bike I want the remaining amount I owe wiped away.

We apologize about your experience and our customer support team does everything we can to keep all of our customers satisfied! Even though we wish you would have contacted us first about your experience instead of doing so on a third party site like this, we are still happy to help resolve this issue!

First off, have you notified us that the carburetor we sent you was too big? I just checked our email history with you and it looks like our last email from you was the warranty claim about the carb on February 2nd. Today is March 30th and I don't see any communication from you from the time we sent you the carburetor until today on here. Thats almost 2 months with not communication from you. I also went checked our call history with you and we haven't received a single phone call from you. I even looked up both contact numbers that you put on file. I will be happy to forward this information over to you as well.

Moving forward, we are happy to get you the correct carburetor since you saying the one we sent was too big. Mistakes do happen and we just ask for you to call us or email us next time.

I have sent emails, I can send you copies of those also. I have tried using the chat too and it constantly tells me an agent will be right with me and they never are. At this point, Im extremely upset that as you said 2 months have went by with no communication after I have tried contacting you and now your response is telling me I haven't tried communicating with you and my resolution is to fix it myself which will put me out more money since I'll have to have someone put the carburetor on for me. I am not an unreasonable person I did not just jump on a 3rd party site without trying to reach out. As I said this was a Christmas present for my son, he got to use it a handful of times if that before he was unable to ride it. This shouldn't have been the case in the first place.

we bught two 4 wheelers from this company in august. since then we have had to repair these things about 4 times. more recently the brakes failed on one of them, and accelerated on its own. it resulted in an ER trip and a neighbors broken fence. we are beyond exhausted and tred repairing these things, and my kids cant ride them for more than a couple days before the next issue with them comes up ranging from failed brakes to carborator issues. we are tired of having to wait for parts to come in the mail, we are tired of the unreliability of these things, and we spent a lot of money just for this headache and my kids disappointment.

Desired Outcome

Replacement these vehicles are clearly defective, or the company is sending out horribly made machines. we need a replacement or refund. theres no way these things should be as faulty as they are.
