Review: We contracted with this company for our yard to be redone. The principal, [redacted] told us that the work would take 2 weeks; 3 at the most. Work commenced 19-Aug-2014. It was mostly complete 19-Oct-2014. The work took 2 months rather than 3 weeks. They stopped work on our project to send all their workmen to another project for which they were being paid $500,000. Our job was not that expensive, only $30,000 which was expensive for us, but still I think that they should have completed our contract before sending all their people to another job. After several weeks of complaining two-three men were returned to work on our contract. On 19-Oct-2014, the Foreman [redacted] whined and complained that if we did not pay him the balance due he would be "in trouble" with [redacted]. We paid him with the understanding that they would return to replace the dead plants and finish up the little details that remained. As of today, 08-Jan-2015, despite numerous emails and phone calls the dead plants have not been replaced and the details remain uncompleted. They keep telling us that [redacted], the man who deals with the plants has been out of town for literally months. This seems a bit unbelievable since the man has a daughter who is in grade school here in San Diego County.Desired Settlement: We would like the dead plants to be replaced per our understanding of the warranty and the detail work that is not yet complete be completed as quickly as possible. We would also like to see some notification by the Revdex.com to this business about their shoddy practices. This company does business in both San Diego and Orange County. Consumers in both counties should be made aware of the shoddy practices.
